Achievements

1. We lobbied for the M25 J 25 Widening and Holmesdale Tunnel Refurbishment Project not to span two Christmas periods. This was achieved:

BBA arranged a visit to the construction site.
We requested that the Contractor keep us informed of changes that affected traffic flow. Representatives attended the quarterly meetings of the BFQP

2. Local road network issues were addressed:

Introduced Real Time Electronic Traffic Information Sign linked to the London Traffic Control Centre.
Improved road signage to assist drivers unfamiliar with the area.
Assisted companies with delivery difficulties by providing them with detailed plans of the parking facilities in an area of concern.
Initiated changes to parking regulations to improve freight vehicle access and improve road safety.
Introduction of fixed Bus Stops on Mollison Avenue.
